At the forefront of AI innovation, Thor leads the Shift AI team in the intricate art of promptcraft, including the development of sophisticated prompt flows, agent orchestration, and LLM Ops. His expertise in these cutting-edge areas ensures that Shift AI remains at the vanguard of generative AI capabilities, continuously pushing the boundaries of what's possible in AI-driven venture building.
Thor's impact extends beyond the Shift AI team, as he brings his depth of knowledge and leadership to Mach49's client teams. He guides these teams in leveraging generative AI to find product-market fit and build AI-first ventures, helping to translate complex AI concepts into tangible business value. Before joining Mach49, Thor served as Chief Digital Officer at Zola Electric, where he built an international team to deliver data-driven renewable energy solutions to over a million people in weak grid markets. His entrepreneurial journey includes co-founding and serving as CTO of Get Satisfaction — the influential customer support startup acquired by Sprinklr in 2015 — and founding several other pioneering Internet companies that achieved successful exits.
Thor's career spans a diverse range of industries, including healthcare, energy, food production, media, customer support, legal, and real estate. This broad experience, coupled with his deep background in product and technology leadership, allows him to bring a unique, cross-disciplinary perspective to AI strategy and implementation.
