Dr. Rickard Kolsky

Dr. Rick Kolsky leverages 34 years of management consulting and executive education experience to help global businesses discover, design, and execute market-focused innovations via action learning. Rick’s clients in the classroom and the Boardroom are leaders in spaces ranging from accounting and infant formula to life insurance and earth-moving equipment.
In addition to various consulting engagements, Rick is a Lecturer at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Guest Professor at the India School of Business. He has published numerous articles and been a keynote speaker on a range of subjects, with a particular interest in the bottom of the pyramid, reengineering the US healthcare ecosystem, and the convergence of media, entertainment, and marketing.
Before founding his own business, Kolsky & Co., Rick worked in the White House, was a Consulting Partner for Strategos, the MAC Group, and KPMG, and taught economics at Yale University.
Rick holds a PhD in economics from Yale University and a BA-MA in engineering and economics from Brown University.
