Jess partners with leading corporate organizations to develop and launch venture investing strategies, with a focus on climate and hard tech sectors. She brings more than a decade of experience as an early-stage investor, offering deep market insight, a sharp perspective on innovation potential, and a strong track record in deal execution.
Jess was previously a principal at VoLo Earth Ventures, where she focused on investments in mobility, industrials, manufacturing, and the energy transition. Before that, she spent five years at Invesco Private Capital, managing $1.5 billion in assets and deploying $140 million across early-stage venture capital funds and direct investments. During her tenure, she led deals in companies like Ro and Lime, and sourced early-stage investments that aligned with Invesco’s financial services strategy. She began her career at Level Equity, investing in enterprise and B2B software.
Beyond her investment roles, Jessica co-founded Nucleate Eco, a national incubator scaling biotech solutions for climate challenges. She has also worked with Pear VC, a leading seed-stage firm, and contributed to strategy and operations at Helaina, a venture-backed deep tech startup.
Jessica holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
