For over 25 years, Dave has led both startups and Global 500 corporations to develop ventures, products, and teams that redefine businesses and disrupt industries. As a Entrepreneur-in-Residence, he champions human-centricity, inspires collaboration, and cultivates challenger mindsets to develop solutions and teams that grow brand and commercial value.

Dave is a valued partner in every venture he touches.  As one of the original employees of basketball startup AND1, he drove product development and brand marketing initiatives as the company grew from 3 to 300 employees and generated $250M in revenue in over 30 countries. This included collaborating on the award-winning MixTape property, which infiltrated pop culture and helped pioneer branded entertainment as a groundbreaking approach to monetizing marketing.

Over the course of his career, he has partnered with leading brands like L’Óréal, HSBC, ABInBev, and Colgate-Palmolive across a host of global markets to capture untapped growth opportunities, maximize innovation potential, and foster internal talent. His experience on the client-side also saw him contribute to the launch of Coca-Cola’s first dedicated Innovation Team in Latin America, What If’s Innovation Capabilities team in the Americas, and the NBA’s first Team Innovation Advisory Council.  At M49, he has led the development of new ventures, and teams, that have successfully raised funding in areas such as software defined vehicles, unattended retail, real-estate technology and more. 

Dave studied business at the College of New Jersey, received his MBA from Columbia Business School, and has served as a coach and instructor to over 1000 executives.
