Chad leads growth initiatives across the U.S. as VP of Client Growth, where he cultivates new client relationships and drives impactful strategies. With over 20 years of experience in business development and executive leadership, Chad is known for guiding organizations through innovation, strategy, and digital product development. His expertise spans multiple industries, including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and financial services. He has successfully delivered digital transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients and has helped VC firm portfolios launch new products and ventures.
Before joining Mach49, Chad has held pivotal roles such as Director of Partnerships at Able, Head of New Business Development at Kin + Carta, and Director of Business Development at KPMG US’s Innovation Lab. His work with key clients like eBay, McKesson, Herman Miller, Meijer, and Redesign Health has been transformative, solidifying his reputation for building stellar client relationships and driving results.
Chad studied Economics and Art at London Metropolitan University and earned his BS in Business Economics from the State University of New York at Cortland.
Outside of work, Chad is passionate about staying active through running, weight training, pickleball, and paddleboarding at his family cottage on Lake Ontario. Chad’s family keeps him pretty busy too. His son plays travel Lacrosse; daughter competitively dances; wife, a restaurateur, and a Boston Terrier who demands walks in between Zoom calls.
